Jogging my Memory

Jogging my memory is another word play. I’ve been ramming my head trying to remember the last time I put on my gear to run. I guess that it’s been awhile because no matter how I try to jog my memory I really don’t quite remember the last time I did. Well, other than the occasional charity run, I also run during my free time to keep healthy and fit. Waitta a sec, I just realized that, that’s what I have been missing on – running only during my free time when it should have been a constant and a regular routine. This really got me thinking. Just reading through the benefits of running reminded me of the benefits. No wonder I have been feeling old and cranky lately. According to what I have read, running helps slow down the aging process and that those who run are less feeling less stressed because of the endorphins released while running. I could go on and on about the benefits of running but the bottom line is, I really need to be more purposeful and to start a routine. Now, I’ll have to figure out how I can schedule it around my job.
